HISTORY
1997 – 2002
The Company commenced its securities brokerage business in 1997 under the name Thanasiam Securities Co., Ltd.
In 2002, the Company was renamed Far East Securities Co., Ltd.
2010
KTB Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., a leading financial institution from South Korea, acquired 100% shareholding in the Company.
Following the acquisition, the Company was renamed KTB Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to reflect its integration into an international financial network.
2019
KTBST Holdings Public Company Limited was established as the holding company for the Group’s financial businesses in Thailand, supporting the expansion into a comprehensive financial services platform.
2022
On 25 March 2022, KTB Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (South Korea) was rebranded as DAOL Investment & Securities Co., Ltd.
The word “DAOL” (다올) in Korean means “bringing good fortune to all.”
Subsequently, on 15 August 2022, KTBST Holdings Public Company Limited and its affiliated companies in Thailand were renamed DAOL (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED to align with the Group’s regional brand identity.
